The second photo - with a bit " blurred" sea is highly artistic;)
I really like the idea that when Your photo is blured - it is artistic one. Recently one of my models told me that one of my very dark photos is very artistic :) Now I never delete too dark and unsharp :) they are artistic!!! I like it :)
